Real Time Pricing

Pursuant to Section 16-107 of the Public Utilities Act (“Act”), the Ameren Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS and AmerenIP) and Commonwealth Edison Company (“ComEd”) proposed and received approval to establish residential real-time pricing programs. These programs are administered by independent administrators. Section 16-107(b-15) of the Act requires these utilities to file annual reports describing the programs. Additionally, the utilities also are required to submit a financial audit of the Program Administrators. Following the publication of each report, a 30-day period will be established in which interested parties may comment on the reports. Within 15 days after the conclusion of the comment period, a conference call will be arranged for parties to discuss any comments that were submitted to the Commission. Information on viewing the reports, submitting comments, and participating in the conference call is described below.
