The task of implementing Public Act 95-0700
(a.k.a. Senate Bill 1299) has been divided into 4 work groups:
Standards, Consumer Protection & Communications, Billing, and Pricing & Cost Recovery.

In addition, the Communications Protocol Working Group (CPWG) has been re-activated to implement many of the business processes
that are being discussed in the Standards and Billing work groups. Please let Keith Hock
