In August 2008, the Office of Retail Market Development put out a request for comments on a wide range of topics
associated with a competitive retail electricity market. Click here for the
comments filed in response to the request. As a result of the comments recieved from interested parties, the Office
of Retail Market Development compiled a Straw Man of additional requirements for retail electric suppliers serving
residential and small commercial customers.
