In accordance with Section 5/18c 1202 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law, the Illinois
Commerce Commission issues Motor Carrier of Property Certificate of Exemption. The sole purpose of
this certificate is to acknowledge that certain transportation activities are exempt from Commission
jurisdiction under Section 5/18c 4102 of the Law.
