The Sustainable
Energy Plan Initiative is an opportunity for interested parties to work with
the ICC to develop a renewable portfolio standard, demand response and energy
efficiency programs. At the direction of Governor Blagojevich, the ICC will
examine critical issues to implementing these programs. With participation from
stakeholders such as utilities, consumer groups, large industrial customers,
government agencies and other industry participants, an implementation plan
will be developed. Chairman Hurley has appointed Commissioner Lieberman to

As part of the Sustainable Energy Plan Initiative, ComEd intends to issue a
Request for Information ("RFI")
for wind powered generating capacity.
