2007 Residential Real-Time Pricing Annual Reports

Pursuant to Section 16-107 of the Public Utilities Act (“Act”), the Ameren Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS and AmerenIP) and Commonwealth Edison Company (“ComEd”) proposed and received approval to establish residential real-time pricing programs. Section 16-107(b-15) of the Act requires these utilities to file annual reports describing the programs.

Following the publication of each report, a 30-day period will be established in which interested parties may comment on the reports. The reports and comments will be posted on this webpage. At the end of the 30-day public comment period, a conference call will be arranged to discuss the reports and comments. The date and time for the conference call will be announced on this web page by May 23, 2008.
