To the extent the response to this ruling includes facts that are not of evidence in this proceeding, the response shall be verified.     The Order in Docket No. 84-0453, attached to the Application grants a Certificate for a pipeline with a 200 mile route (Order, p. 5) which passes through St. Clair, Madison, Macoupin, Montgomery, Christian, Macon, Dewitt, McLean, Ford, Livingston, Ford, Iroquois, Kankakee, and Will Counties. (See Appendix A)The Application in the instant proceeding discusses only the Illinois portion of the LLC System (the Blue Line and the Gold Line) and the Illinois portion of the Partners System (a finished products terminal at Harford and two pipeline segments), totaling approximately 16.5 miles. (Application, Paragraphs 7 & 8) 1. Was Applicant’s corporate predecessor certificated to own and operate the entire pipeline described in the Order in Docket No. 84-0453?
    2. Is Applicant seeking a Certificate to own and operate the entire pipeline described in the Order in Docket No. 84-0453?
    3. If Applicant is not seeking a Certificate for the entire pipeline described in the Order in Docket No. 84-0453, explain the status of the portions of that pipeline for which a Certificate is not being sought in this proceeding.
