    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge has completed a review of the application filed by Beacom Energy, Inc. ("Applicant") on December 24, 2012 and hereby rules that the information described below shall be filed with the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission on or before January 16, 2013. The response to this ruling must include (1) the docket number, case caption, and an original signature, (2) a verification page, and (3) a certificate of service indicating that the response was served on all those on the service list. The response to this ruling must be actually received by the date indicated, regardless of whether the response is filed with the Chief Clerk as hardcopy or electronically through e-Docket. Applicant shall also electronically serve its response on the Administrative Law Judge (jalbers@icc.illinois.gov) by the date indicated. 1) Paragraph 9 of the application form directs an applicant to provide a copy of its corporate organizational chart. Applicant has not done so. Please provide a copy of Applicant’s organizational chart. 2) Paragraph 11 of the application form directs an applicant to provide a license or permit bond. The document provided by Applicant is entitled “Power of Attorney” and bears some characteristics of a bond. Whether the document provided by Applicant is a license or permit bond is not clear. Please provide a license or permit bond in the format provided on the Commission’s website and identified as “ABC Sample License or Permit Bond.” Notice served electronically to parties.
