    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge has completed a review of the application filed by Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. ("Applicant") on April 26, 2012 and hereby rules that the information described below shall be filed with the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission on or before May 9, 2012. The response to this ruling must include (1) the docket number, case caption, and an original signature, (2) a verification page, and (3) a certificate of service indicating that the response was served on all those on the service list. The response to this ruling must be actually received by the date indicated, regardless of whether the response is filed with the Chief Clerk electronically or as hardcopy. Applicant shall also electronically serve a Word version of its response on the Administrative Law Judge (jalbers@icc.illinois.gov) by the date indicated. Managerial Requirements - Section 454.60(a) and (b) of 83 Ill. Adm. Code 454, “Licensure of Retail Electric Agents, Brokers, and Consultants,” (“Part 454”), requires Applicant to demonstrate that it has had at least one year of management experience with a business enterprise and to provide occupational background information for the person(s) with that experience. Subsection (c) requires Applicant to include a corporate organizational chart that indicates the position of the person(s) with the managerial qualifications. Paragraph 9 of the application claims that the “Personnel Bio” for Bruce Sirota attached to the application demonstrates that Applicant meets the managerial requirements of Section 454.60. The occupational information that Applicant provided for Mr. Sirota, however, does not does not identify the length of time of Mr. Sirota has held his present position, or specifically state that he held any management position for at least one year. Please provide additional information specifying the duration (from month/year to month/year) that Mr. Sirota held the management position(s) that Applicant intends to use to meet the requirements of Section 454.60. In addition, although Applicant references the corporate organizational chart in Paragraph 9, it appears that Applicant did not include the required chart with its application. Please provide the required corporate organizational chart reflecting the names of those filling the identified positions. Technical Requirements - Section 454.70(a) and (b) of Part 454 requires Applicant to demonstrate that it has had experience in the electric industry of at least one year and to provide occupational background information for the person(s) with that experience. Paragraph 10 of the application claims that the attached “Personnel Bios” for Glen Staton, Adam Chin, and Pritesh Patel demonstrate that Applicant meets the technical requirements of Section 454.70. The occupational information that Applicant provided for these individuals, however, does not appear to identify the length of time any positions were held, or specifically state any of the named individuals has experience in the electric industry of at least one year. Please provide additional information specifying the duration (from month/year to month/year) of technical experience for specific individual(s) that Applicant intends to use to meet Section 454.60 requirements.
