    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge has completed a review of the application filed by Nania Energy, Inc. ("Applicant") on March 5, 2012 and hereby rules that the information described below shall be filed with the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission on or before March 16, 2012. The response to this ruling must include (1) the docket number, case caption, and an original signature, (2) a verification page, and (3) a certificate of service indicating that the response was served on all those on the service list. The response to this ruling must be actually received by the date indicated, regardless of whether the response is filed with the Chief Clerk electronically or as hardcopy. Applicant shall also electronically serve a Word version of its response on the Administrative Law Judge (jalbers@icc.illinois.gov) by the date indicated. Managerial Requirements - Section 454.60(a) and (b) requires Applicant to demonstrate that it has had at least one year of management experience with a business enterprise and to provide occupational background information for the person(s) with that experience. Paragraph 9 of the application refers to Attachment B, which indicates that Applicant is using Stephanie Gureno for this purpose. Attachment B identifies when Ms. Gureno began working for Applicant, but does not clearly identify the length of time Ms. Gureno held a management position, or specifically state that she held any management position for at least one year. To demonstrate that it possesses the required managerial experience, Applicant should provide additional information clearly stating the duration of the management experience, the management position, and the management responsibilities for the named individual.
