Notice given by the Administrative Law Judge that the Commission, in conference on April 4, 2012, has directed Public Power, LLC (“Applicant”) to address two deficiencies in its April 2, 2012 response to the March 23, 2012 ruling: 1) On the first page of Applicant’s April 2, 2012 response to the March 23, 2012 ruling, Applicant references “undocketed correspondence dated November 1, 2011.” Such correspondence does not appear to be included in the April 2, 2012 response to the March 23, 2012 ruling. Please provide the missing document dated November 1, 2011. 2) Applicant’s April 2, 2012 response to the March 23, 2012 ruling includes a letter dated July 25, 2011 from Kimberly J. Santopietro of the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to Stephen W. Studer, a representative of Applicant. The July 25, 2011 letter poses questions numbered 15 through 27 to Applicant. Applicant’s response to the letter, however, does not appear to be included in the April 2, 2012 response received by the Chief Clerk’s Office. Please provide the missing response to the letter dated July 25, 2011.
