    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge has completed a preliminary review of the application filed by 220 Energy, LLC (“Applicant”) in Docket No. 12-0092, and hereby rules that a verified response, containing the information and clarifications described below, shall be filed with the Commission. If filed electronically via the Commission's e-docket system, this verified response shall be filed with the Chief Clerk of the Commission on or before March 19, 2012. If the filing is made by non-electronic means, then March 19, 2012 is a mailing date. Applicant shall serve a copy of its response on the Administrative Law Judge (syoder@icc.illinois.gov). For purposes of doing so, March 19, 2012 is a receipt or “in hand” date, not later than 5:00 P.M., by electronic mail, Fax (217-524-8928) or otherwise. Technical Licensing Requirements - Subsection 454.70(a) of the Code states, “[an] applicant shall be deemed to possess sufficient technical capabilities to provide agency, brokering or consulting services if the applicant can demonstrate that it has had experience in the electric industry of at least one year.” The information that Applicant provided does not demonstrate that it has an individual with at least one year experience in the electric industry. Applicant is hereby directed to provide additional information to show that it is in compliance with Subsection 454.70(a). Notice served electronically to parties.
