    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge has completed a review of the application filed by K Management, Inc. d/b/a Partners in Energy Management ("Applicant") on November 14, 2011 and hereby rules that Applicant shall file in this docket with the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission a revised application using the “ABC Application Form” appearing at http://www.icc.illinois.gov/Electricity/ABC.aspx. The revised application must be received by December 5, 2011 and be accompanied by (1) a verification page, and (2) a certificate of service indicating that the revised application was served on all those on the service list. Applicant must be sure to use the docket number of this proceeding (11-0729) and the title “Revised Application” on the first page of the application form. Applicant must be sure to sign the revised application as well. The response to this ruling must be actually received by the date indicated, regardless of whether the response is filed with the Chief Clerk electronically or as hardcopy. Applicant shall also electronically serve a Word version of its response on the Administrative Law Judge (jalbers@icc.illinois.gov) by the date indicated. Notice is also given that in preparing its revised application, Applicant must pay special attention in identifying the specific individuals being used to satisfy 83 Ill. Adm. Code 454.60 and 454.70 and providing the information called for by these sections. Notice is further given that Applicant need not submit the License or Permit Bond again. Parties advised electronically.
