    Notice given by the Administrative Law Judge that Edison Mission Solutions, LLC has until close of business on July 8, 2010, to file and serve all persons/entities on the service list with: Copies of all of complaints against it that are in the nature of consumer billing disputes/consumer fraud/deceptive marketing practices, filed against it in any court of law in the United States; any Public Utility Commission; any attorney general’s office or state prosecutor’s office (district attorney/state’s attorney); and, any consumer protection agency (e.g., the Better Business Bureau). In addition, Edison must file an affidavit or affidavits executed by a person or persons with personal knowledge of the facts therein, containing the following information: a.) The nature of each complaint; b.) How each complaint was resolved and the length of time taken until resolution; c.) That the list of complaints is a true, accurate, and complete list, in that there are no complaints other than those listed/provided, and d.) Each state where it has been denied a license or certification to operate as an Alternative Retail Electric Supplier and the reason articulated by the Public Utility Commission for such denial. Notice also given by the Administrative Law Judge that Section 16-115 of the Public Utilities Act (220 ILCS 5/15-115(a) requires an applicant seeking authority to operate as an Alternative Retail Electric Supplier in Illinois to publish notice of its application in the official State Newspaper within 10 days after the date, upon which, the Application for service authority was filed. Edison is reminded to file proof of such publication within five days from the date upon which such publication occurred. Parties advised by letter.
