    Dear Ms. Rolando:

    We, Clarita Anderson, Robert Cramer, Michael Cramer and Linda (George, Deceased) Cramer are owners of 157 acres of land in Section 16 of Kickapoo Township, Peoria County, Illinois.

    At the present time Ameren towers are on the easterly side of our 157 acres along the fence line bordering Pleasure Driveway & Park District. Rather than negotiate with the four Cramer heirs and R Schmitt (17 acres), D Schmitt sold to Ken Clark (29 acres) and James Agatucci (37 acres), we suggest you run the line, just across the fence, through the back end of the Peoria Park District thereby dealing with only one landowner.
