    Notice given by the Administrative Law Judge of the instructions set out by the Illinois Commerce Commission (“Commission”) with respect to Oral Argument for Docket No. 14-0097, Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois’ (“Ameren”) Petition for Approval of Tariffs Associated with the Small Volume Transportation Program. Oral Argument is scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Commission’s offices in Chicago, Illinois. Consistent with Section 200.850(b) of the Rules of Practice, Oral Argument will be limited to parties having filed briefs in this Docket.
    In addition to the requirements contained in Section 200.850(c) of the Rules of Practice, the Commission herein sets the following guidelines: (1)The scope of Oral Argument is as follows: The costs planned to be incurred by Ameren to implement Phase II of the SVT Program, and how those costs are expected to change if the Program were anticipated to serve fewer customers; The benefits that Ameren’s customers can expect to receive from a fully implemented SVT Program and how those benefits are expected to change if the Program were anticipated to serve fewer customers; and
    The propriety of a 200% penalty for non-delivery.
    (2) Ameren will have 15 minutes for its argument, while any other party wishing to argue these issues will have 10 minutes. The allotted time includes Commissioner questions and responses from counsel. Parties may reserve time for rebuttal. Unless parties have filed joint briefs in this Docket, parties are prohibited from pooling or sharing their time allotment. (3) Irrespective of the issues listed above, the parties should be prepared to answer any question(s) regarding the record or the pertinent law.
    (4) Parties intending to present Oral Argument must notify Anastasia Palivos (apalivos@icc.illinois.gov) and ALJ Yoder (syoder@icc.illinois.gov) with a list of attorneys presenting Oral Argument, by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. (5) Parties presenting arguments shall provide Ms. Palivos and ALJ Yoder with exhibits, if any, that will be used for Oral Argument by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. (6) If an attorney is in need of an accommodation for any visual aid, counsel must inform Ms. Palivos and ALJ Yoder by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, as to the specifics of the accommodation needed.
