    Notice is hereby given by the Administrative Law Judge that a hearing in the above entitled matter will be held at the offices of the Commission, Springfield, Illinois, Leland Building, 527 East Capitol Avenue, on January 14, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 A.M. Notice is also given by the Administrative Law Judge that with regard to the Jackson County Emergency Telephone System Board’s (“Board”) two requests for proprietary treatment of certain information, the ALJ understands the December 6, 2013 “Verified Petition for Proprietary Treatment of Amended and Restated 9-1-1 System Provider Agreement” to pertain to Exhibit 11 attached to the “ICC Plan Narrative” filed with the petition initiating this docket. The ALJ further understands the December 16, 2013 “Verified Petition for Proprietary Treatment of Certain Financial Data – Exhibit 7” to pertain to Exhibit 7 attached to the “ICC Plan Narrative.” With regard to both Exhibit 7 and Exhibit 11, the Board is hereby directed to file no later than January 7, 2014 properly redacted public versions and properly marked proprietary versions of the documents.
