    Notice given of the following procedural ruling by the Administrative Law Judge: Pursuant to Section 16-111.5(d)(3) of the Public Utilities Act, 220 ILCS 5/16-111.5, any person objecting to the Procurement Plan filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission (“Commission”) by the Illinois Power Agency (“IPA”) on September 28, 2012 shall file said objection with the Commission no later than October 3, 2012. Any such objection shall be in verified form. Copies of objections shall be served electronically on other parties, and (in Word format) on the Administrative Law Judge, on the date of filing. Attempting to incorporate by reference, into the objections, any comments “submitted to the [Illinois Power] Agency” pursuant to Section 16-111.5(d)(2) is not acceptable. Pursuant to Section 16-111.5(d)(2), those comments were submitted to the IPA for review by the IPA, not for review by the Commission. The IPA shall e-mail an electronic copy of the Procurement Plan (without appendices) in Word format to the Administrative Law Judge (ljones@icc.illinois.gov) on or before October 2, 2012.
