    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge has completed a review of the application filed by Agency Marketing Center Corporation ("Applicant") on August 24, 2012 and hereby rules that the information described below shall be filed with the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission on or before September 24, 2012. The response to this ruling must include (1) the docket number, case caption, and an original signature, (2) a verification page, and (3) a certificate of service indicating that the response was served on all those on the service list. The response to this ruling must be actually received by the date indicated, regardless of whether the response is filed with the Chief Clerk as hardcopy or electronically through e-Docket. Applicant shall also electronically serve its response on the Administrative Law Judge (jalbers@icc.illinois.gov) by the date indicated. General Requirements 1) The information from the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office attached to the application indicates that Applicant also does business under the name of Buy Commercial Energy, Inc. Please indicate whether any complaints have been filed against Buy Commercial Energy, Inc. 2) Please indicate whether Applicant operates as an agent, broker, or consultant in any other state under any name. If so, please identify such state(s), the name(s) Applicant operates under, and whether Applicant has received any complaints in any such state(s). If any complaints have been received, please specify the nature of the complaint, the jurisdiction, and the ultimate resolution. Technical Requirements 3) Section 454.70(a) of 83 Ill. Adm. Code 454 states, “[an] applicant shall be deemed to possess sufficient technical capabilities to provide agency, brokering or consulting services if the applicant can demonstrate that it has had experience in the electric industry of at least one year.” The application lacks evidence that Applicant has one year of experience in the electric industry. Please provide evidence clearly satisfying Section 454.70 in the following format: a) Applicant should list each company/business in the electric industry that employed the individual and identify the duration of the employment by “month/year” to “month/year.” b) For each company/business in the electric industry that employed the individual, identify the individual’s specific job duties.
