Notice given by the Administrative Law Judge that Commerce Consulting Corporation d/b/a Energent (“Applicant”) failed to indicate in its application whether it is licensed as an agent, broker, or consultant in any other jurisdictions, similar to the licensure required under Section 16-115C of the Illinois Public Utilities Act. Applicant is directed to provide the missing information. Notice also given that Applicant did not disclose whether it has had any complaints filed against it for its provision of any services in the electric or gas industry in this or any other jurisdiction. Applicant is directed to provide the missing information. If any complaints have been received, Applicant is directed to include in its response the nature of the complaint, the jurisdiction, and the ultimate resolution. Notice further given that Applicant must file its response to this ruling with the Chief Clerk of the Commission no later than September 23, 2011. A Word version of the response must be served on the Administrative Law Judge at jalbers@icc.illinois.gov. Notice is further given that a response to the July 26, 2011 Administrative Law Judge ruling has yet to be received. A correct version of the “License and/or Permit Bond” must be received by September 23, 2011 or a Proposed Order denying the requested authority may be forthcoming. Notice given by the Administrative Law Judge that the “License and/or Permit Bond” filed with Commerce Consulting Corporation d/b/a Energent’s (“Applicant”) July 11, 2011 application must be corrected in the following manner: 1) The filed document identifies “Energent” as the principal. A new bond or a rider to the existing bond must be filed identifying “Commerce Consulting Corporation d/b/a Energent” as the principal. 2) The original (i.e.: that which contains the original signatures) of the new bond reflecting Applicant’s full name as the principal OR the original of the existing bond and the original of a rider reflecting Applicant’s full name as the principal must filed with the Chief Clerk of the Commission. Applicant’s response to this ruling must be received no later than August 5, 2011. Notice served electronically to parties.
