    Notice given that the Administrative Law Judge, on his own motion, reopened the record pursuant to Section 200.870 of the Rules of Practice (83 Ill. Adm. Code 200.870). Notice also given that Southern Illinois Power Cooperative (“SIPC”) shall determine whether its proposed transmission line crosses the service territory of any other electric utility. If the proposed transmission line crosses the service territory of one or more other electric utilities, SIPC shall submit an affidavit affirming that each affected electric utility has been notified of the path of the proposed transmission line. SIPC must provide notice to any affected electric utility no later than March 14, 2012. In so notifying any such electric utility, SIPC shall request that the electric utility inform SIPC no later than March 28, 2012 of whether or not it has any objection to the path of the proposed transmission line. SIPC’s affidavit shall relate any response from any affected electric utility.
