    Service - Notice

Notice mailed to parties advising of a scheduling ruling by the Administrative Law Judge as follows: From a reading of the filings made by Illinois Power Company, et al. (“Petitioners”) on
May 9, 2006, it appears that there are some affected landowners listed in Exhibit B of the Amended Petition who have not yet been sent informational letters and Statements of Information as described in Section 330.30(a) and Appendix A of 83 Ill. Adm. Code 300 (“Part

The specific hearing date will announced in a future notice to be served at least 10 days prior thereto, and
participation by telephone will be permitted. In the meantime, after the aforementioned informational letters and Statements of
Information have been sent in the manner contemplated in Part 300, Petitioners shall promptly provide notice thereof in a filing to be made with the Commission, whereupon a notice of hearing will be served. Petitioners shall serve a copy of this filing on the Commission Staff, filers of intervening petitions and the Administrative Law Judge.
In order to facilitate the service of filings to and among parties, the following landowners are directed to provide either (1) an e-mail address, or (2) a statement indicating that they do not
