Ruling
In reviewing the agreed-upon schedule, the ALJ noticed that no pretrial status hearing (for pretrial evidentiary matters, motions in limine, etc.) had been scheduled. Therefore, she is setting a date & time for such hearing of August 16, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. However, if the date or time is not convenient for a party, it may be reset. The ALJ asks that any party that wishes to change the date or time of such hearing notify the ALJ and provide suggested alternative dates/times.
