In fulfillment of its duties pursuant to Section 16-111.5(o) of the Illinois Public Utilities Act, the Commission has issued a Public Notice of Informal Hearing (Request for Comments) Concerning Five Recent Procurement Events Which Were Held On Behalf of Commonwealth Edison Company and the Ameren Illinois Utilities (Ameren-CILCO, Ameren-CIPS, and Ameren-IP). This portion of the ICC's web site will be used for posting the aforementioned Public Notice, all comments received in response to the Public Notice, and other related documents.
